80HD is founded by Jacob, upon a true passion and care for bicycles.
One of Jacob's earliest memories is riding on the back of Grandpa's bike in a "car seat" style kid's seat. Grandpa would ride laps around the neighborhood, and those laps planted the seeds that have grown ever since. In the years since, Jacob has come to know bicycles very well, and has logged thousands of miles on multiple bicycles. From BMX to vintage steel and modern carbon frames, Jacob has spent years tinkering and learning, developing confidence and knowledge in meticulous bicycle care and maintenance.
Jacob's special fondness for 80s vintage bikes gave inspiration to the 80HD name.
80HD's goal is to make sure you enjoy biking as much as Jacob has, and to make it as convenient and easy for you as possible. With 80HD, you can enjoy old-school service with modern convenience.
